Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Build a better life for everyone in your sphere through consistent execution and relentless pursuit of operational efficiency. Specifics include:
Team Management
Oversee Purchasing, Order Fulfillment, Installation Management, Non Commercial Estimating, and Training teams.
Establish and maintain system for measuring performance and KPIs.
Ensure performance accountability through consistent-highly visible feedback.
Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Develop, hire, and fire staff.
Strategic Planning, Process, and Resource Optimization
Continuously review process, staff, and resources to minimize fixed cost inputs while maintaining established service levels.
Coordinate amongst internal and external stakeholders to ensure cross functionality of process across teams.
Oversee that documentation and training systems are consistent and can bring new staff up to speed quickly.
Oversee forecasting of inventory reorder points and installation capacity.
Troubleshoot failures or breakdowns in team member accountability or process.
Coordinate with external facing teams to ensure operations align with market strategy.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Monitor expenses and identify cost saving opportunities.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure the company complies with state, federal, and local regulations.
Maintain top level safety to ensure employees go home injury free each day.
